Scope of Work
Floor coating only addresses the slab — prep, coating system, and finish. A full garage makeover adds interior wall painting so the walls are refreshed alongside the new floor. The makeover is a coordinated, single-team project; the coating-only job is focused on the floor.
The Finished Result
A coated floor against tired, scuffed walls can look half-finished. A makeover pairs the new floor with clean walls, so the whole garage comes together — improved lighting, hidden scuffs, and a space that looks intentional rather than two separate jobs pieced together.
Cost and Value
Floor coating only is the lower-cost scope. A makeover costs more because it adds the wall painting, but it's more efficient than hiring two separate trades. Because we're already on site for the floor, adding the walls is a coordinated upgrade, not a second project.
Choosing the Scope
If your walls are in good shape and you only want the floor, coating-only is the right call. If the walls are scuffed, dated, or detract from the new floor, a makeover is the better value. We assess both surfaces and let you choose the scope — wall painting is always optional.
