What Drives the Price
The square footage of wall surface sets the material and labor. The wall condition matters: drywall or block with scuffs, stains, or old paint needs more prep than a clean surface. And because we're often already on site for a floor coating, scheduling the painting with the floor work can make the combined project more efficient.
Wall Surface and Prep
Garage walls are drywall, block, or both, and each takes different prep. Cleaning scuffs, addressing marks, and prepping the surface so paint adheres evenly is part of a durable job. A wall in poor condition costs more to prepare than a clean one.
Paired with a Floor Coating
When wall painting is scheduled with a floor coating, one team coordinates both. That sequencing is more efficient than two separate trades, and our move-and-store convenience handles your belongings for the whole project, not just the floor.
Getting Your Quote
We assess the wall surfaces, the prep they need, and whether you're pairing it with a floor coating, then give you a written price. Wall painting is quoted separately so you only pay for it if you choose it.
